tombadil64 This makes me so happy. The whole segment of Sand>QT might be my favorite piece of phish music of all time. The Quadrophonic toppling part specifically. The way the straight craziness of the sand overtakes your senses completely when you get lost in the song and suddenly there's nothing. A few tones vibrating around through the silence. And it builds into this beautiful, quiet, understated, heart wrenching, comforting, chilling piece of music. I use so many adjectives to describe it because it's such an enigma to me. It touches on so many deep parts of my emotional psyche that I just can't describe quite how it makes me feel. It's a special, special, feeling though. I've heard it described as the early morning of an acid trip from the night before, still tripping. If there was a "vibe" that spoke completely to my soul, whatever QT from big cypress is, is it. Such a beautiful silly little piece of music.
